Walking, Jogging and Strides

Teach someone in your house the difference between walking notes, jogging notes and stride notes.

Start off by demonstrating walking at a nice even pace, not too slow, not too fast. Now show how jogging goes twice as fast. When that is clear, go back to walking again. Then show how strides are twice as slow as walking notes.

When they are happy with walking, jogging and strides notes, make up rhythms for each other and see if you can clap them back like we did when we composed a rhythm.
