Can you draw a treble clef? You’ll need some manuscript paper. Or get a piece of paper and draw a music stave – five lines. This is how I draw them. It’s not easy! Always use a sharp pencil.
Invent a rhythm using walking and jogging notes. Clap it out first and then play it on your instrument on just one note. Listen to the one that I invented. It’s quite short – perhaps yours could be longer?
